Recycle Bin Applet

Use - Provides a shortcut to your Recycle Bin from your QuickLaunch or menu.

To use - Add a shortcut to QuickLaunch or Menu.

I tried to add an Empty Recycle Bin command to it, but when I looked on the msdn site the only function given was for win98 and 2000, and Delphi didn't recognise it.
So that's why it isn't there at the moment.
